Soumye E-Bike

This ebike came "Mostly" assembled. One of the first things in the instructions were that YOU are not allowed to put it together. It says you need to take it to a professional bike shop to put it together. I've got experience and an engineering degree. I do agree with the instructions that you should have a pro put it together if you don't know how to use basic tools or follow instructions. I put it together in under an hour. A person without experience would easily take about 3-4 hours if at all.

This scooter has an amazing seat that makes the rides to the store or to a park or work really comfortable. Very easy to put together. Took me less than 15 minutes with tools that were provided.

We love our bikes! They get us to places we couldn't ride to before on our regular bikes. We live in a very hilly town and our ebikes take us up the hills with no problems at all. We love being able to ride all over town and on the bike baths in our area. We plan to take them when we vacation so we can explore the area we're in more fully. We've put many, many miles on these bikes and would highly recommend them to everyone. Many people have asked about our our bikes and we've gladly told them who we got them from. We like the ease of changing speeds and gears. It's one of the best purchases we've ever made.

The bike is much nicer than the pictures. The tires are a nice fat size and it's so fun to ride. It arrived a week early (which was great!) and assembled perfectly. The delivery guy (seller) even showed me how to adjust the seat and some minor controls.

We bought 2 of these electric bikes for our new Shore home. They have been an absolute pleasure!! Everything about these bikes is wonderful, from the many options on how much electric you want to use (from manual to assisted to complete electric) to the headlight and the carrying rack, these bikes have not disappointed. The couple of times we have needed operational assistance, we called the help number provided, and Hank rapidly replied with guidance and assistance to address the problem. Most recently, the electronic display went bad and once we called, a new display was provided quickly at no charge. I highly recommend these bikes and look forward to using them for years to come!

This is the best ebike I’ve ever own and between my wife and I we’ve own 7 so far. It ride fantastic however, I replace the pogo stick they call a “suspension seat post”. Fair warning this is a BIG bike for taller people. I’m 6’2” tall and it’s great. The frame is very long and heavy. I have ridden 34+ miles on a single charge and I’m guessing it could have gone to 50 miles. I was riding in peddle assist at lower speeds (about 12/hour).

Just all-around great bikes !, being flatlanders from Texas, and going to Colorado at 9000 feet, or friends suggested an E bike. So like always we went to Amazon checked out everything they had and decided on these two bikes. A great choice. We loved our trip to Colorado had no problems.(Our first E-Bikes and the learning curve was minimal) now we're back from Colorado and ride our E bikes all around town. We sold our old style mountain bikes because we'll never go back. You can cover so much ground and we love them.(We are senior citizens so we both purchase the step through. We also had to purchase a new bike rack and just by chance I found out you had to get an adapter for the bikes to fit the bike rack because of the step through frame.)
